Lake District Team Building
Yesterday the sun joined us and made our canyoning session in Coniston even more enjoyable.
Out with the team from Alertacall, who have previously joined us for Abseiling. Kitting up in wetsuits and waterproofs in the warm sun all seemed a bit overkill, but the cool waters of Church beck soon brought us back down to Earth, yes it's a little chilly in there, but oh so much fun!
Being a staff day out, the aim is to have lots of fun and bond as a team. An inclusive activity such as this is ideal and really helps unite people, often through emotions, which can run high when faced with big jumps into pools of deep water! The team came through this really well with plenty of smily faces and good banter on the return walk in the sunshine.
